Restoration Service Inquiry
Once all the facts have been gathered, an estimate is prepared using industry standard pricing software. The estimate is sent to your insurance company and reviewed by your adjuster. California Flooring & Design will continue to monitor the claim during this review process. Ultimately it’s the insurance adjuster who decides how much you’ll receive for your loss. Our goal is to be sure you get what you deserve.
2) INSPECTION ASSESSMENT
One of our experienced estimators will come to your home to assess the damage. Even if an adjuster has already been out, let us prepare a second estimate which can be used for comparison. No two estimators are going to see a loss in the same exact way. This could save you hundreds of dollars! Photos, measurements and samples will all be taken.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between an LVP product and an SPC product?
Luxury vinyl planks (LVP) are made of compressed layers of vinyl, with a high resolution image overlaid onto them, to mimic the look of another material. Stone polymer composite (SPC) flooring is similar, in that it includes a high resolution image, overlaid onto vinyl and coated with a transparent wear layer to protect the floor from scratches, stains, fading, etc. However, the core material in SPC is a hybrid of plastic and compressed limestone powder. This makes the planks hard and rigid, rather than soft and flexible.
What are the best flooring options for a concrete substrate?
