Product is warranted to the original purchaser for a period of twenty- five years after date of purchase form manufacturing defect. Replacement is limited to material unless defect was not apparent prior to installation. Customers who receive damaged or defective products, will receive a full refund and replacement at no additional cost. We will solve any problem’s you may have and replace any damaged or defective floors.
PLEASE NOTE: Some manufacturers do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
